　　Polytetrafluoroethylene

Polytetrafluoroethylene compensators, also known as bellows or expansion joints, are used to eliminate thermal expansion, displacement, or contraction in pipelines, vessels, or equipment caused by climate changes or other factors. Functioning as vibration dampers, they can be installed at the inlet/outlet of pumps or both ends of high-frequency machinery to reduce or eliminate vibrations, thereby extending pipeline service life and enhancing sealing performance. They resolve issues unaddressed by metal compensators, reducing corporate costs and boosting production efficiency.

Additionally, they can absorb deviations between design and actual installation. Features include reliable operation, compact structure, strong compensation capacity, resistance to corrosion from various media, and extended service life.

Compensators ranging from DN25 to DN2000 with one to nine corrugations are available.

Fatigue cycles: ≥5000 cycles
