Application of Desulfurization Baffle Doors in Desulfurization Systems
The desulfurization damper is an inlet damper. Given the relatively high temperature of the flue gas to be treated, carbon steel is often used as the primary material. The desulfurization damper serves as a connection device between the boiler system and the FGD system, and it significantly influences the operation of both systems. In the FGD system, flue gas dampers are commonly used as inlet dampers, outlet dampers, and bypass dampers.

The fabrication of expansion joints must strictly control product quality according to the established procedures.
An expansion joint is a pipeline compensation component, and "expansion joint" is a general term for such components. The most commonly used type is the circular bellows expansion joint. Before the bellows is formed, Class A expansion joints—also referred to as expansion joints—may not require inspection. For Class B expansion joints, each weld joint on the tube blank that comes into contact with the working medium must undergo either visual inspection or radiographic testing. For Class C expansion joints, the weld joints on the tube blank must undergo either visual inspection or radiographic testing. The inspection methods applicable to expansion joints are limited to single-weld joints where the tube blank thickness does not exceed 2 mm. During inspection, the following indications should not be present:
Comprehensive noise reduction performance of saturated steam silencers
A saturated steam silencer typically consists of several components, including an exhaust pipe, a connecting threaded sleeve, a silencing tube, and a tube core. An oil-immersed asbestos sealing ring is installed inside the connecting threaded sleeve to prevent air leakage at the joint between the exhaust pipe and the silencing tube. Inside the silencing tube, seven partitions are welded, dividing the tube into eight sound-absorbing chambers—seven expansion chambers and one resonant chamber. On top of the tube core, there is an inverted triangular flow guide groove along with numerous small holes. When the high-temperature exhaust gases from the engine enter the saturated steam silencer through the exhaust pipe at high speed, they pass through these components.
