The maintenance requirements for baghouse dust collectors stipulate that the following maintenance tasks should be performed daily.
a. During the operation of a baghouse dust collector, when the collector is temporarily shut down, all heating devices should continue to function normally.
B. Each shift should open the ball valve at the bottom of the airbag in the baghouse dust removal system once to drain the condensate formed by the compressed air inside the airbag.
C. Regularly inspect the operation of each pulse valve in the baghouse dust removal system and address any malfunctions promptly upon detection.
d. Regularly clean the filters in the three-way valve’s air circuit, and periodically add clean lubricating oil to the oil-mist device.
E. Regularly inspect the movement of the bag filter lift valve.
f. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the air system.
II. Maintenance Requirements for Baghouse Dust Collectors: Regular inspections of baghouse dust collectors must be carried out diligently.
1. Monthly inspection tasks for baghouse dust collectors:
1.1 During monthly inspections, all air ducts and connections should be checked for looseness and air leaks.
1.2 Check whether all pneumatic components are functioning properly and operating smoothly.
2. Work items to be performed during the semi-annual inspection of baghouse dust collectors:
2.1 Perform a visual inspection and carefully check whether the air has any structural damage.
2.2 Shut off the gas supply, release any internal gases, remove the drain plug, completely drain all accumulated water from inside, and then tighten the drain plug securely in place.
2.3 Carefully inspect the welded joints and mounting components of the air suspension and support system for any damage and check whether the bolts are loose.
2.4 During normal operation, if a leak is detected, clean or replace the “O” ring seal or the piston.
2.5 Inspect the flange gasket between the head and the main body. If it is damaged, replace it promptly, then securely install all components.
2.6 Carefully inspect all wiring connections for looseness, wear, or damage.
