There are requirements for the operating temperature of dust collectors. This is because different materials are used depending on the temperature range. If the gas contains acidic or alkaline substances, the dust collector must have corrosion-resistant features. If the air humidity is high, rust prevention measures are necessary. If the particles in the flue gas have relatively high temperatures, a spray tower or cyclone dust collector should be installed upstream of the dust collection equipment to cool them down. Industrial dust collectors can be installed outdoors; however, attention should be paid to the impact of weather conditions. Protective measures, such as constructing a canopy, should be taken. When installing vacuum cleaners indoors, noise may be an issue; in such cases, appropriate silencers can be selected for installation.
A good industrial dust collector needs to be inspected and maintained after a period of use. Even with a dust collector installed, not all dust in the air can be completely captured—its role is merely to minimize the presence of dust as much as possible. By processing the air through an industrial dust collector, dispersed particulate matter is collected, thereby improving air quality and ensuring efficient dust removal.
Dust collectors use meshes to separate solid particles from the air. Although these methods differ in principle, all of them can achieve the desired effect. Baghouse dust collectors used in power plants represent a combination of fiber filtration, membrane filtration, and particle filtration. The working mechanism of a dust collector involves first intercepting and screening particles through a fibrous mesh, followed by separation via gravity and electrostatic forces, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying and removing dust.
The dust-cleaning device of the vacuum cleaner consists of a pulse solenoid valve, a blow pipe, an air storage bag, a flow guide, filter material, and a controller. The two ends of the pulse solenoid valve are connected respectively to compressed air and the blow pipe; the blow pipe delivers multiple bursts of air to remove dust. The jet system and the compressed-air pipeline system include an air storage tank, blow pipes, and other related connecting accessories. The air storage tank is a device designed to store compressed air and must possess adequate strength. First, an electrical signal is input to keep the diaphragm in its idle position, and then air pressure causes the diaphragm to vibrate, bringing it into the closed state. The compressed air supplied by the compressed-air system must be dry and free of oily substances; otherwise, it could cause damage to the baghouse dust collector.
